Do we do custom trips ?

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Direct Bank Transfer, UPI or Bank Debit / Credit Cards are all accepted 

How well in advance should I book?

In principle, the earlier you book the better is the quality of the services. We normally do not take last minute bookings as it leads to poor quality of service.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Yes, we follow the best industry practices for securing your data. We never share data with anyone and use it only for communicating with you. 

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once the order is received, we begin the process of making reservations for you. As the reservations are confirmed, we update the status to you. Hotel confirmations, SUV and activity confirmation are all shared with you. A detailed plan for the trip is also shared along with preparation notes

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Once you place the order, you will receive the system generated receipt. On completion of the trip a formal invoice will be generated. If you like GST benefit, please do share it with us and we will record it in our system. You will be able to take input GST benefits. Please note that the booking Name and the name on the invoice must be same.
