Thank you very much to you and your team for arranging this fantastic tour. One of the best pick from this tour was your meticulous planning and promptness of service. All arrangements were fantastic, be it a delivery of vehicle at Chandigarh airport, hotels particularly at Chandigarh, Leh, Nubra, Pangong. However the best was at Jispa, Kargil and Srinagar for different reasons. Jispa was simple but authentic with very tasty food.
Location of property at Kargil was outstanding with very clean and well furnished rooms. And Hospitality of Mr. Shamim at Srinagar won our hearts in addition to quality of their property. Travel from Jispa to Leh was breathtaking with Himalaya showing us variety of rocks in different colours and sheds. It was strong and rustic. Later on seemed wear a lush green gown of all bright coloured ornaments. Transforming the Himalaya into a Romantic heroism. In contrast experience to war memorial at Kargil was heart wrenching. Itinerary
- Day 1 : Arrival in Chandigarh Airport. Handover of the SUV at the airport and you begin the drive to Mashobra. Please ensure to reach by morning 10 AM latest. Your Spiti Valley tour begins.
- Day 2 : Beautiful day of driving to reach Sangla to enjoy another glorious evening. Do make it a point to sit by the river and enjoy the sunset at the Baspa River.
- Day 3 : Explore the border village of Chitkul, chill and relax and enjoy the afternoon sun by the river, explore the beautiful orchards of Sangla and enjoy day unwinding
- Day 4 : At a relaxed place, drive to Nako .. Explore the Nako village on foot and enjoy evening around the bonfire.
- Day 5 : Enjoy the detour to Gyu. The mysterious Mummy & explore the 1000 years old Tabo Monastery and settle down for the evening in Tabo
- Day 6 : Take in the magical setting of Dhankar Monastery and then drive to Demul , Komic & Langza. These are the beautiful villages of Spiti and settle down in Kaza by the evening.
- Day 7 : Drive to Pin Valley and attempt the Bhabha Pass Drive, back to Kaza for the evening. Take a stroll in the Kaza market and enjoy a cup of coffee with Momos.
- Day 8 : Challenging drive to Chandratal via Kunzum Pass and a short hike as well. Enjoy the beautiful setting of the lake. Try if you can visit the lake both in the morning as well as in the evening
- Day 9 : Enjoy off roading through various stream crossing from Batal to Chota Dhara to Rohtang Pass to Manali.
- Day 10 : After rough days of driving, have another relaxed day at the outskirts of Manali. Interesting day will be planned for you
- Day 11 : Long hill drive back to the plains of Chandigarh.
- Day 12 : Depart to the home destination. Chandigarh has OLA/Uber service as well
