This cancellation policy outlines about how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform.
Cancellation And Refund Policy
- No cancellation charges 30 days prior to departure ( 100% Refund )
- Between 30 to 15 days, 25% (75% Refund )
- Less than 15 days 50% cancellation charges ( 50% Refund )
- Less than 7 days .. 100% cancellation charges ( No Refund )
Refund Process & Timeline
Kindly drop us an email at bookings@unwindoutdoor.com to cancel your holiday and to seek a refund. Once we review your request, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 1 week
Unwind Outdoor believes in executing trips to the complete satisfaction of our guests. If you are not satisfied with our services, and we have fallen short of our efforts. Please feel free to make a refund request. We will happily refund you the money, no questions asked. There are a few criteria, though
- During the trip, you must bring to our notice the deficiency in service, and we will make an earnest attempt to resolve the issue
- If there are no complaint issues during the trip and on completion of the trip, a refund request is made. This will not be approved. We are seeking a chance to resolve the issue during the trip itself.
